finloup provides an administrative tool, Admin Tool, in which merchants can view, manage their orders, create new ones and configure their settings.
Admin Tool can also be used in order to create orders for your customers who want to pay with finloup in the physical store, or for merchants that have not yet integrated finloup in their e-commerce platform.
The credentials -username and temporary password- will be provided to you by finloup after your onboarding. During your first login, you will be asked to change your temporary password.
By clicking ADD CUSTOMER, a popup will open in which you can create a new lead for your physical store customers. The fields you have to fill in are:
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile phone
- Street Number
- Order Id
- Total shipping cost
- Unit Price
You may add multiple products, with their respective quantities and the total price will be calculated accordingly.
The shipping cost will also be added to the total price.
By clicking Send SMS or/and Send email, the customers will receive an SMS/email with the link they have to follow in order to complete the finloup process and their order.
In this customers page, you can view the full list of your customers who have completed at least one order with finloup.
In the list you can view the customers' full name, email address, the status of their last order and the creation date of their order.
Clicking on any customer will lead you to the customer's information page, where you can see a full list of the customer's payment plans.
Clicking in a customer's plan will lead you to the customer's plan page, which will provide to you detailed information about the customer's payment plan, the amount and the execution dates of the payments. The page also provides useful utilities such as downloading the payment plan contract and refunding, partially or entirely, the specific order.
In my account page, you can:
- view basic information about your user settings
- change the system language
- change your password
- view your Merchant ID
- view or change your API Key
In case you update your API key, you'll have to insert the new one into your integration settings.
